I’ve been drinking Morning Kick for about 6 months and I can honestly say it has strengthened my joints and muscles. I’m 60 years old and stay active with weight lifting and boxing and before Morning Kick I experienced some joint pain regularly from my activities. When I heard about this product I decided to try it for the Bovine collagen ingredient to help with joint and muscle pains. I have taken Morning Kick for about six weeks now and it blends very well with other supplements I take. I’m a very active mid 70 years young with several outdoor activities that keep me healthy and going strong. My favorite activity is rock climbing I definitely noticed an increase in my strength when hanging out on vertical stone.
